Opened in 2015, the Bosch Service Solutions site in Costa Rica has rapidly grown over the years. Its team of c. 250 employees provides services to the North America and Latin America regions. We are located close to the center of Heredia – a vibrant city known for the National University of Costa Rica and many technology colleges. Our main client and focus is the Bosch Group. We service different Bosch units from Germany, USA, Canada, Mexico, Columbia, Peru, Paraguay and Equador. We predominantly focus on the following areas:
- Business Process Outsourcing in the areas of finance (e.g. invoice coding), HR (e.g. payroll master), logistics, procurement (e.g. order desk) and ICT support
