To counter the shortage of skilled workers and meet the highest security standards for its critical real estate portfolio, Bosch took over the nighttime reception of reports on faults, damage, hazards, and emergency calls for BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH as an external service and call center. Within a very short time, a solution certified according to EN 50518 was implemented, which noticeably relieves the customer's team and maximizes operational reliability.

BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH was faced with the task of handing over its service control center to an external service provider during the night, as there was not enough qualified specialist staff available for continuous 24/7 operation. At the same time, the highest standards of service level and reliability had to be met, as the portfolio includes critical infrastructures. Further requirements were the pre-qualification of fault reports from an IoT solution and the short-term implementation of a partner certified according to EN 50518 and VdS 3138.

Bosch implemented a seamless and highly secure solution in which all incoming reports were forwarded to the certified and redundantly designed Bosch Alarm Receiving Center. Our team took over the coordination of the on-site service providers and ensured rapid implementation through close tracking of the project progress. In addition, comprehensive reporting was set up for continuous quality monitoring and to ensure the agreed service levels.

By successfully connecting the service and call center to the Bosch Alarm Receiving Centers, the personnel situation at BIM was significantly improved and the shortage of skilled workers was actively addressed. BIM benefits from meeting the highest security standards and a noticeable relief for its own team. The detailed reporting also ensures full transparency of all relevant KPIs and a measurable service quality.
