As a Team Leader you are the link between your team and the Operations Manager. You build up your own team of service-agents and are responsible to keep them performing on a high level. You create reports for your managers as well as customers and take care of the day-to-day business. Additionally, you support the creation of new processes as well as their implementation into projects.
You can motivate others and you are open-minded, empathetic yet assertive. You work responsibly, and are goal-orientated and pro-active. You represent a well-structured function with good time-management.
