Working from home

Our approach to homeworking allows a more flexible and supportive approach in order that our associates can manage their working arrangements. By providing this framework we entrust our associates to continue to fulfil their tasks irrespective of whether they are working from home or the office.

Our approach to homeworking:

  • Following a period of on-site training and a further nesting period (normally a maximum of 4 – 6 weeks) you will be encouraged to work from your home office
  • Home working is in a dedicated home office space, which is separate, quiet and free from background noise
  • You will be issued with the appropriate IT kit and tools to undertake your role from the comfort of your home office
  • You will receive support in the role from a dedicated team manager and will collaborate virtually with your fellow peers
  • You will stay connected through a variety of digital options
  • You will continue to benefit from the coaching, training and development opportunities as you would if you were office based
  • Going forward, we will encourage a hybrid of home/office based working to allow for collaboration on site, social interaction with your teams as well as training and development
