Our approach to homeworking:
- Following a period of on-site training and a further nesting period (normally a maximum of 4 – 6 weeks) you will be encouraged to work from your home office
- Home working is in a dedicated home office space, which is separate, quiet and free from background noise
- You will be issued with the appropriate IT kit and tools to undertake your role from the comfort of your home office
- You will receive support in the role from a dedicated team manager and will collaborate virtually with your fellow peers
