As one of the Bosch Groups wholly owned subsidiaries, Bosch Service Solutions China was founded in 2012 with operation centers both in Shanghai and Chengdu. We now have more than 250 associates.
Chengdu
Chengdu is not only an ancient town with over 2300 years of history but it is also regarded as one of the most important economic, scientific, financial, cultural and diplomatic centers in China. From here, we provide internal services for the Bosch Group. These include amongst others Bosch IT Helpdesk Support, Bosch Auto Connection Support, Bosch After-sales Service and Financial Shared Services.
Shanghai
The dynamic and ever growing city of Shanghai is the showpiece of the booming economy of China and is a global center for finance and innovation. From here, we help our clients to achieve better competitive advantages with high-quality services and efficient processes based on the latest technology – as in the case of eCall for the automotive industry.

Every phone call you answer could potentially save the life of a driver and their family. You are expected to be highly responsible and negotiate with emergency services to protect every driver.
