Our portfolio covers nine different lines of services mainly in the area of Business Solutions Support such as Information Security Services, Project Management Support, HR Shared Services Support, Translation, AIM Services and IT Helpdesk Support. We focus on onsite and near shore support for more than twenty business units of Bosch. Our services are currently available in 11 customer locations (Austria, China, Germany, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey and Vietnam).

We are a strong, dynamic and multilingual team. All of the team members are proficient in English plus another language such as Japanese, Chinese, Korean and German. We aim at becoming the nearshore delivery center for the APAC region, mainly in Japan, Korea, Germany and Asean countries. In the past ten years, we have built up a strategic collaboration with our Japanese counterparts such as the "Data Security Partner" hub for Bosch Japan, "project management office" hub and a sample coordination hub for a Bosch unit in Japan. We are also exploring other business possibilities with Korea, ASEAN and Germany.
