Established in 2009, our offices in Barcelona are an international hub from where we service Bosch units as well as top international brands in more than forty markets and twenty-four languages – 24/7. Mobility solutions are an area of our delivery focus, including, amongst others, the lifesaving eCall and Concierge services for well-known OEMs. As in Madrid, our Barcelona site services are ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO-18295: 2017 certified.

Our site in the industrial harbor city of Vigo, opened in 2003, was the first office of Bosch Service Solutions in Spain. Over the years, it has turned into an innovation hub and is the hub for our Robotic Process Automation Center and Global Competence Center for Customer Experience. Additionally, it serves as headquarter for the Americas and Iberia region. Our key focus are clients and complex projects from within the Telecommunications industry. Services are offered in English, Spanish and Galician. All services are ISO 9001-2008 and EN-15838 2009 certified.
