After an accident, every second counts. Bosch eCall ensures that your customers receive rapid assistance. The vehicle automatically transmits all data relating to the accident to the Bosch monitoring center, such as location, time and direction of travel. Our associates immediately make contact with the vehicle occupants and coordinate further measures. If a voice connection cannot be established as a result of the accident, the Bosch associate notifies the emergency services directly.
